Shipping Information
When ordering from us, you can choose to have your order delivered to your door*, or you can collect in-store from us. If you've selected to have your order delivered to your address, we will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
* = If you have ordered a firearm online, we are unable to deliver it to your home address under UK law. A member of our team will be in contact with you to arrange delivery.
Most of our products qualify for trackable shipping via Royal Mail. You will receive your tracking number via email once we've dispatched your item. If you have purchased a firearm, note that we cannot ship these to private residential addresses under any circumstances. A member of our team will be in contact with you to arrange delivery.
If our items are marked as in stock, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 - 7 working days.
If your order contains items that are marked as on backorder, we will give you an estimated time of arrival within 1 - 2 working days. Payment for backorders are not taken until we are able to dispatch your item.
Unfortunately we do not ship any of our products or firearms internationally at this time.
Yes! This is one of the most common ways people purchase firearms on our website. Once you've ordered your firearm, we can send your firearm to your local registered firearms dealer (RFD), so you can collect your firearm locally. Please note that a 3rd party RFD may charge a small handling or processing fee, but this will be mentioned when a member of our team calls you to arrange delivery.
Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods: VISA Debit/Credit, Mastercard Debit/Credit, American Express, and BACS Bank Transfers.
Unfortunately we don't offer this facility on our website. Alternatively, you can call us and check availability on any of our items, and we can reserve them for you until you are able to collect them in store.**
* = If you are trying to reserve a firearm, or other high value items, we may ask for a deposit to reserve these items. Payment can be made over the phone, after which point your items are reserved for you until collection.
** = We can only reserve items for a limited time period, you'll be advised of this limit when reserving your items. Once this time period has expired, your reservation will expire.
Orders & Returns
Placing an order couldn't be simpler. Add the products you want to buy to your basket, enter your postcode and select whether you would like us to deliver your order or if you would like to collect in-store.
Once you've completed the checkout process, you'll receive an order confirmation letting you know we're working on your order. You'll receive an order completion email once we've dispatched your item. You will also receive a tracking number so you can track your order in real time.
Nope! You can place your order without an account. However, some features on our website may require an account to be used, including wishlists, and leaving reviews. Having an account also lets you stay up to date with all the latest and greatest Practical Shooting Supplies has to offer!
For whatever reason you need to return a product, you can do so within 7 calendar days of delivery as long as you notify us via email or telephone during this period. All returned products must be complete and in their original packaging. You can find more information in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Once an order is placed, you can change your order up until the point we have dispatched, after which we will be unable to change your order. This usually happens within 24hrs of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
If you need to change your order within 24hrs after placing it, please contact us via Telephone so we can adjust your order accordingly. Please note that this may add to your estimated delivery time.
We use Royal Mail for the vast majority of the products we ship. Once you've received your tracking number, enter it into Royal Mail's Track and Trace website for updates on where your order is.
Thank you for your order! Under UK law, we cannot ship Firearms, Shotguns, or Airguns to private residential addresses under any circumstances.
Firearms must be collected from us directly or sent to a 3rd party registered firearms dealer. One of our members of staff will contact you to arrange delivery. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any firearm.

When you place an order with us, you Authorise us to take the total order amount from your chosen payment method. Once we can confirm your order can be fulfilled, we then process and complete your order and dispatch it within 24hrs.
If in the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order, we will release the authorisation. This way you won't have to wait the standard 5-7 working days for your money to return to your account.
