Shipping Information

When ordering from us, you can choose to have your order delivered to your door*, or you can collect in-store from us. If you've selected to have your order delivered to your address, we will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

* = If you have ordered a firearm online, we are unable to deliver it to your home address under UK law. A member of our team will be in contact with you to arrange delivery.

If our items are marked as in stock, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 - 7 working days.

If your order contains items that are marked as on backorder, we will give you an estimated time of arrival within 1 - 2 working days. Payment for backorders are not taken until we are able to dispatch your item.

Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods: VISA Debit/Credit, Mastercard Debit/Credit, American Express, and BACS Bank Transfers.

Unfortunately we don't offer this facility on our website. Alternatively, you can call us and check availability on any of our items, and we can reserve them for you until you are able to collect them in store.**

* = If you are trying to reserve a firearm, or other high value items, we may ask for a deposit to reserve these items. Payment can be made over the phone, after which point your items are reserved for you until collection.
** = We can only reserve items for a limited time period, you'll be advised of this limit when reserving your items. Once this time period has expired, your reservation will expire.

Orders & Returns

Placing an order couldn't be simpler. Add the products you want to buy to your basket, enter your postcode and select whether you would like us to deliver your order or if you would like to collect in-store.

Once you've completed the checkout process, you'll receive an order confirmation letting you know we're working on your order. You'll receive an order completion email once we've dispatched your item. You will also receive a tracking number so you can track your order in real time.

Once an order is placed, you can change your order up until the point we have dispatched, after which we will be unable to change your order. This usually happens within 24hrs of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

If you need to change your order within 24hrs after placing it, please contact us via Telephone so we can adjust your order accordingly. Please note that this may add to your estimated delivery time.
